To make international calls and send texts, you’ll need our global eSIM package, which comes with a US-based international phone number.
For calls: Make sure the number you dialled begins with the right country code. For example, if you’re in Japan and want to call someone in the Philippines, add the Philippines’ country code +63 before their phone number. Without the right code, your call won’t connect.
For texts: Save your recipient’s phone number with their relevant country code. For example, a Singapore number should be prefixed with +65. This ensures your texts get delivered smoothly.
Similarly, when sharing your global eSIM number for incoming calls or texts, be sure to add the US country code +1 at the beginning of the number.
