How do I freeze or block my Instarem Business Card?
To Freeze:
- Go to the specific card’s page.
- Click and confirm Freeze Card.
- You’ll receive a notification and email once the card is frozen.
Note:
- Both Admins and Employees can freeze a card.
- A frozen card can be unfrozen using the same steps.
To Block:
- Go to the specific card’s page.
- Click and confirm Block Card.
- You’ll receive a notification and email once the card is blocked.
Note:
- Only Admins can block a card.
- Once blocked, the card cannot be unblocked, and you will need to issue a new card.

- Log in to your account on the Instarem app or web.
- Go to your Profile section.
- Tap on Help Center.
- Search for the relevant topic.

- Log into your account on the Instarem business portal.
- Tap on Help.
- Search for the relevant topic.
- You can raise a ticket by:
- Clicking Submit a request at the top-right corner of the Help Centre page, or
- Clicking Raise a ticket after selecting a topic or FAQ.
- We’ll get back to you once your request is submitted.
