What steps can I take to protect my Instarem business card from fraud?
You can protect your virtual Instarem business debit card with these key practices:
Secure your account & card
- Use strong, unique passwords and avoid reusing them.
- Never share your card details unless absolutely necessary.
- Watch out for phishing scams—Instarem will never ask for sensitive details via unofficial channels.
Monitor & control usage
- Check transactions regularly via the Instarem dashboard.
- Set spending limits (daily, monthly, per transaction).
- Restrict usage by category, location, or transaction type.
Handle suspicious activity quickly
- Freeze or block your card immediately if you notice unauthorised transactions.
- Review and update user access regularly—remove ex-employees and unauthorised users.
- Secure all linked devices with updated antivirus software and strong passwords.
If you suspect any suspicious activity, contact bizsupport@instarem.com immediately.
