How can I withdraw funds?
Only Admins can withdraw funds via bank transfer.
- Go to Cards dashboard → Click Withdraw.
- Enter the amount and select the bank account for transfer.
- If no bank account is linked, click “Add a new account” and follow the instructions.
- Click Withdraw to complete the process.
Note:
- Funds will be debited from your wallet and credited to your selected bank account.
- If you don’t receive the funds in 48 hours, contact bizsupport@instarem.com.

- Go to your Profile section.
- Tap on Help Center.
- Search for the relevant topic.

- Log into your account on the Instarem business portal.
- Tap on Help.

- You can raise a ticket by:
