What are the different user roles in an Instarem Business account, and what permissions does each have?

Manage your business account

Instarem offers three key roles, each with specific access and responsibilities:

Admin (Full access)

Manages onboarding and assigns roles

Applies for and issues business cards

Views and manages all card transactions and settings

Blocks or unblocks any card

Maker/checker (Limited access)

Sets up (maker) or approves (checker) single and batch payments

Views account activity and downloads statements

Manages recipients and accounting bank feeds

Card holder (Card-specific access)

Views card details and transactions

Accesses settings defined by the Admin

Temporarily locks their card if needed

These roles ensure secure, streamlined account management while giving teams the right level of access for their responsibilities.
