United States	ACH/Direct Debit, Debit Card, Credit Card, Instarem as Payee and Wire Transfer
Hong Kong	Bank Transfer and Debit Card
Malaysia	FPX and Bank Transfer
UK	Bank transfer and Debit Card
Europe Indonesia	Debit Card and Bank Transfer Bank Transfer
