Why did my payment with the Instarem Business Card fail?
Payment can fail due to multiple reasons, including:
- Insufficient funds – The funds in the wallet are not sufficient to process payment.
- Your transaction may be blocked because the Admin has set specific rules for your card. This could include:
a. Restricted merchant categories (e.g., Travel, Entertainment)
b. Limitations on foreign currency transactions (only SGD allowed)
c. Other spending restrictions set by the Admin
Check your card settings and try again.

- Log in to your account on the Instarem app or web.
- Go to your Profile section.
- Tap on Help Center.
- Search for the relevant topic.
- Raise a ticket or chat with us if you didn’t find what you were looking for.

- Log into your account on the Instarem business portal.
- Tap on Help.
- Search for the relevant topic.
- You can raise a ticket by:
- Clicking Submit a request at the top-right corner of the Help Centre page, or
- Clicking Raise a ticket after selecting a topic or FAQ.
