Can I skip or cancel an upcoming recurring transfer?
Yes, you can skip a recurrence up to 2 days before transfer execution and resume it if you’d wish to. If you change your mind 1 day before, you can still cancel the recurrence through your Instarem Singapore app. Here’s how:
- Log into your app and go to recurring transfers.
- Click the 3 dots on the top right of the screen and tap ‘See schedule’.
- To skip (2 days before), tap the pause button. To cancel (1 day before), tap the cancel button.
