Creating an Instarem account: Step-by-step guide
Need to create an account with Instarem? Signing up only takes a few minutes.
Download the Instarem app, enter your email and password, and tap Sign up. Select your country of residence, add a referral code if you have one, agree to the terms, and continue. You can set up fingerprint or Face ID for quicker login, then proceed to complete your verification by choosing digital or manual verification depending on your country.
Enter your details, add your mobile number, and confirm with the OTP sent to your phone – and you’re ready to start making hassle-free overseas money transfers.

- Log in to your account on the Instarem app or web.
- Go to your Profile section.
- Tap on Help.
- Search for the relevant topic.
- Raise a ticket or chat with us if you didn’t find what you were looking for.
Have a Business Instarem account?
- Log into your account on the Instarem business portal.
- Tap on Help.
- Search for the relevant topic.
- You can raise a ticket by:
- Clicking Submit a request at the top-right corner of the Help Centre page, or
- Clicking Raise a ticket after selecting a topic or FAQ.
