Enjoy a Promotional FX Rate on Your First Transfer! As a new customer in Japan, you may start using Instarem for your overseas transfers and unlock a special FX Rate on your first transfer of 15,000 JPY and above.
FX rates may vary based upon the country to which you are transferring the funds. The amount of the promotional FX rate will be shown on the screen of your Instarem app or web page before you make your first transfer.

Terms and Conditions
- This promotion is available for qualifying first-time customers only and is limited to one transfer per person. The minimum transfer amount to avail the special fees is 15,000 JPY. Existing customers who have transacted using Instarem before are not eligible for this promotion. This promotion is not valid with any other offer.
- All FX rates are subject to change from time to time at Instarem’s sole discretion.
- This is a limited-time offer valid from June 18, 2024, at 12:00 am JST and ends on December 31, 2024, at 11:59 pm JST (“Promotion Period”).
- Please note: The minimum and maximum transfer amount per transaction is between 5,000 JPY and 1,000,000 JPY.
- Instarem reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. Any eligible transfers will be honoured if initiated during the Promotion Period. Transfers submitted outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible for the promotion.
- Insufficient funding of your transfer will make you ineligible for the promotional offers. Cancelled transfers, either by you or Instarem, are also ineligible. Note that only the first successfully paid transaction will qualify as first transfer.
- Participation in the promotion where prohibited by law is ineligible. Instarem reserves the right to limit this promotion to one individual per household. Any attempt by a customer to abuse this promotion by using multiple or different identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods will, in Instarem’s sole discretion, void and disqualify the customer from receiving the promotion. Instarem reserves the right to disqualify or void transfers that, in its opinion, are intended to circumvent these Terms and Conditions, or are deemed to be fraudulent or abusive.
- Employees of Instarem and its affiliates, are not eligible for this promotion.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with any social media platform.
- By participating in this promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with any of these terms and conditions may result in the disqualification of the entry in the promotion.
